Marilyn K. Draper
Marilyn Draper focuses on executive and leadership effectiveness and executive team performance. She helps leaders enhance their individual effectiveness, teams improve their collective performance, and organizations achieve their strategic objectives. Her passion is supporting people in their pursuit to live life deeply as authentic, effective leaders, thereby positively impacting trust, collaboration, communications, engagement, and results.
Prior to forming Primodius, Marilyn was a Partner in the Delta business unit of Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm. Oliver Wyman is one of the four operating companies of Marsh and McLennan, a $12 billion Fortune 250 insurance, reinsurance, risk, and professional services organization. In that role, Marilyn worked with CEOs, boards of directors, executive teams, and other senior leaders on the design and implementation of executive and leadership strategies with impact across the enterprise.
Previously, Marilyn was on the executive leadership team of Conner Partners, a consulting firm that focuses on large scale, transformational change and strategy execution, and began as ODR, founded by Daryl Conner, author of Managing at the Speed of Change and Leading at the Edge of Chaos. She spent six years in senior roles in two technology companies. Marilyn began her consulting career as a Senior Consultant with Hay Group, where her focus was leadership effectiveness and performance of individuals, teams and organizations. She consulted in the part of the company that was founded by David McLellan and evolved into Hay McBer.
For two decades Marilyn has worked with global leaders in the agriscience, financial services, consumer products, technology, professional services, hospitality, energy, manufacturing, distribution, publishing, healthcare, telecommunications, retail, government, public policy, media and pharmaceutical industries of Fortune 500 and other large organizations.
After pursuing graduate studies in mathematics at Emory University, Marilyn earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behavior from The University of Georgia.
Currently she serves on the Advisory Board of the School of Learning, Leadership & Organizational Development, Department of Lifelong Education, Administration and Policy of the University of Georgia. She partners with HR Policy Association to co-lead CHRO Roundtables for executives in New York City and Atlanta. She is the founder of Atlanta Executive Women, an intimate group of women who intentionally connect to share life experiences and unique challenges faced by women in executive roles. The group is made up of CEOs and Presidents, heads of global business units and functional leaders of large companies.

Heather’s specialty is in coaching leaders to be exceptional managers, and in helping organizations to achieve their highest potential through a highly engaged workforce.
Heather has served as a senior leader and manager throughout her career and has worked with professionals at all levels to identify areas of strength, capture their vision for the future, and build a strategy for achieving personal and professional goals.
Heather has partnered with Fortune 500 organizations across most industries to define their unique formula for engagement, and to determine how to enhance business performance through alignment of vision, values, people, and culture. She has played integral roles in global and national studies to identify best practices for leadership and workforce engagement.
Heather specializes in all aspects of talent management, including attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining the talent needed to achieve business success. Specific services include strategy development and execution, culture analyses and surveys, 360 degree feedback, executive coaching, and competency development. The tools used are customized to meet the individual's and organization's distinct needs.
Previously, Heather was the Southeast Leader of Towers Perrin's Organization and Employee Research practice, a consultant in the Research and Organizational Effectiveness/Management Development Practices of the Hay Group, and a Vice President and Senior Consultant for a small firm that specializes in employee surveys, 360 degree feedback, and coaching.
Heather holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
